How can I track my order? +
Go to our "Track Order" page, enter your order number to view real-time logistics information. You can also check tracking details inside "My Orders" in your account page.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days within Singapore. International shipments take 7–15 days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Can I cancel my order after payment? +
